This is one of the very short WODs. Which means hold on tight, it will be over quickly but there is a price to pay!

This WOD calls for doing 3 rounds, 21-15-9 of 225 deadlifts and handstand pushups. Since I put less weight on the bar but wanted to keep the total volume the same with he deadlifts, I amended it to be 28-17-10 while keeping the handstand push-ups as rx’ed. i also used push-up stands to increase my range of motion (ROM)

After warming up by doing 3 rounds of the Crossfit warm-up and 10×135# deadlifts. I was ready to begin. 7:33 later I was finished and was at maximum heart rate the entire time. That was a brutal 7+ minutes of training. Who needs long slow distance when you can get it done in under 10 minutes! that was one tough session.

Earlier in the day, I did 75 strict form push-ups, which ties my max.
