Ok, well that dude wasn’t with Steve, Brent and I today with his bar-bending 804# deadlift, but we hoisted some lbs. Stepping out into the chilly 39 degree air, I was ready to have some fun. We did our customary warm-up and each of had different things we wanted out of today’s training. Brent focused more on improving form by staying lighter and increasing reps to 10, Steve added in “slow” Cindy between his time at the bar and coaching us while I stayed with the 5×5 format.

My stats were 135×10/135×10/155×10/175×5/195×5/225×5/265×5/275×5.

I felt pretty good with the effort and Steve told me the form was good, but I owe a “Cindy” so I will try and get that in later.
