		<description>ok, now that was an interesting workout.   Totally old school, with the pick up trucks providing lighting.

As for the heavy lifting, nice effort on another nice PR in the bank, as well as some solid shoulder press work; I can only assume it is for getting that 1RM up to 200 lbs.

The way you keep leap frogging up 10 lbs at a time,  I can only assume that feat isn't too far away.
