Getting an early start, with cooler weather and more comfortable in the gym as well, provided ideal conditions for some CFT pr’s which I got today, specifically the back squat and deadlift.

Following is the totals for one of my better lifting days in a while.

Squat:  warmup, 135/185/205/225, then, 255/285/300pr/
Shoulder Press: 95/105/135/165/, then, 170/175/180/.
Deadlift: 305, then 360/390/400pr/
Total: 880 pr

I was energized from my lifts, so I kept going with some bodyweight exercises.
Pull-ups: 3/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2
Push-ups: with BOSU: 30/30/30
Dips: 15/15/15
