The snatch and the clean for as easy and as elegant they appear, they are very difficult lifts to master. As Steve and Stephane have taught these lifts to me, they have to be broken down into individual components. As you drill on those components, you wonder how this will all come together when it is time to do the complete lift and then when you do the lift, you have to stay out of your head because it doesn’t work if you "think it through". These are lifts that you have to put in the time to do a shitload of reps. That said, the clean is a great lift and when it works, you know it.

For this WOD, some of the lifts did work fairly well, most worked poorly and couple did not work at all. it was still fun though.
