Cindy is one of the benchmark WODs. This has a 20 minute time limit for the maximun number of rounds each of which consist of  5 pull-ups,(assisted), 10 push-ups and 15 squats. Pretty basic bodyweight stuff, but a smoker nevertheless. My heart rate stayed 90% of max and I knocked out 21 rounds + 5 push-ups.
