I have been thinking about but procrastinating doing Cindy for some time, but when I saw it posted today on the Crossfit site, I decided today would be the day. I entered the gym with low energy and enthusiasm for the workout, but once I got started, it went pretty well and I finished with 18 rounds.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups, here I used ring pull-ups for 10 rounds and continued with jumping pull-ups (2:1)
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

My push-ups were the strongest for me followed by squats and pull-ups have improved.
