Football season is here and Bucky wins it’s first game, 42-21 against Washington State.

Not only was the game televised locally, but it was broadcast in high definition. Well, there is no way I was going to go to gym with the game on in HD on my big screen, so I came up with a training session that worked me over pretty good. My sets were done at half time and during commercial breaks, so I took what I had here at home and made a good workout out of it.
I had my new, untried rings to work with and started with them.
Ring Push-ups, (low): 2×10/3×20
Ab Wheel Rollouts: 3×10
Jumping Ring Dips (to lockout): 5×10
L-Sits from the support position, 3 for almost 10 seconds each, then 2 from a fully extended hang position for exactly 10 seconds each.
Ring Pull-ups: 5/3
Ring Body Rows: 3×10
Kettlebell Swings: 20 kg., 5×20 (10/5/5) with a 30 second rest between sets.
This turned into a terrific session and left sucking out loud. GO BUCKY!
