		<description>Congrats on hitting a new PR on the deadlift. It has been quite a while since I&#039;ve been able to make such a claim, but I certainly remember the feeling. You seem to be following a great program for overall conditioning. Everyone should aspire to follow a program such as this, rather than spending their days curling and benching.</description>
