The WOD I did today was one of the "girl" benchmark workouts and this is what it looks like:

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

What I did was something other than Barbara; maybe her sister. I neglected taking the rest breaks and just stormed right through. Of course, that was unintentional as I would not miss out on a good rest break if I could help it! In essence, what I did was another type of workout. Barbara as written is an interval workout designed for a rest set close to or equal to the work set. That would be a work/rest ratio of 1:1.

So, my times broken down by rounds were:

4:07/4:50/4:54/5:45/5:28 for a combined time of 25:04. (Still, I would have enjoyed the rest breaks!)

While I didn’t do this as rx’ed, I still was gassed when it was all over.
