There’s Brent “in the hole” on one of his back squats. I look forward to these but after this tough week, I knew that I probably needed to stay a little lighter and pay close attention to form. Denise and Brent were able to correct a little right foot squirrell-iness going on with some of my lifts. Shoes off worked best for me today. Stats were 135/155/185/205/215, all x 5. I see some rest days on the near horizon!
