I train at a pretty good gym. I’ve met a lot of good people, hard trainers and that even includes some of the bodybuilders. Some but not all. Let’s take Ray. We’ll call him Ray Roid. Ray is definitely a juicer and your basic asshat.
The main late afternoon/early evening crowd had come and gone and the power corner was empty except for me and the waiting squat cage. I am all set up and ready to do front squat sets and Ray Roid rolls up with his babe directly in front of me. They move slightly to my right. Lo and behold, Roid strips down to his BVDs, completely oblivious that I had a racked bar ready to go. (Why couldn’t the girl be the one to undress)? I had all I could do to keep from laughing until he drops a few choice f-bombs to his obedient little girlfriend to get the camera ready while he launches into several retarded bodybuilding poses in his chonies. The girlfriend, while preoccupied with keeping Ray happy cast a glance at me as if to say, "Sorry, about my boyfriend. He is just narcissistic a-hole". But I am probably just projecting that because that was what I was thinking.
As Moynihan would say, "Is it any wonder that everyone hates bodybuilders"?
The rest of my session went well with no further undressing.

KB Swings, 20 kg: 3×30 (15/15) 1 minute rest
KB Presses, 20 kg: 3×20 (10/10) 30 second rest
Front Squats, 7×2: 95×5/135/155/185/205/195/185/185/
