"There ain’t another woman that comes close to you". Through the years Mick Jagger has kept himself fit but if he plans yet another Geriatric World Tour with his pal, Keith Richards, (who just admitting to snorting some of  dearly departed dad’s burial ashes), he might consider getting himself into prime shape by doing the "Angie" WOD while his song "Angie" plays in the background of his lavishly appointed gym. That songs drags on so long he could probably finish the WOD by the time the song ends.

The WOD looks simple and it is, but easy it is not. For time you do 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups and 100 squats, as always good form matters. The pull-ups were 88% assisted and the first 12% I did legit. That took 8:48. Next came the push-ups, full range of motion, (ROM) in 5:03. The sit-ups, again full ROM with the help of the Ab Mat was done in 5:17. Finally, before heading out the door to meet Val for Wednesday night dinner at Cappy’s, I did the squats in 3:22. The total time was a tight 22:25. Worked up a good sweat, got a good pump, already had an appetite. Done. See ya!
