In 2006, most of my workouts were in the morning from 6:00-7:00, either at Crossfit Marina or Met-Rx. In 2007, the majority of the workouts have been in the pm and I generally prefer late afternoon or early evening.

Today, I decided to at the very least do a morning bodyweight/metcon workout with the idea that I will do a bench press workout in the afternoon. (We’ll see). The workout du jour was a little gem called "Angie". This was the 4th time I have done this WOD.

For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

For pull-ups, I did assisted pull-ups and my previous best time doing those was 22:25. Today I did it in 18:37:31. I also did the push-ups first because I wanted to do a max effort (ME) for consecutive push-ups and I beat my best by 5 and got 75. The remaining 25 got split up 3 times. Of the four, I performed the push-ups best and fastest and the squats improved. The pull-ups probably took longer than usual because I placed them after the sit-ups this time.
