Brent & Mark Getting Through “Murph”

I am enjoying a rest day after the most intense three days of WOD since starting Crossfit 6 months ago. It was GREAT. It started off Monday with the new Crossfit Total (CFT), the Filthy Fifty and the grueling “Murph”. I just got my copy of Mark Rippetoe’s new book, “Practical Programming for Strength Training”. A rest day is a good day to start reading and get fired up for the next progression.

Here are my stats for those three WODS:

CFT
Deadlift: 320# PR/Back Squat: 250# PR/Shoulder Press: 145# for a baseline total of 715.

The Filthy Fifty was done in 30:14

Murph was done with a 20# vest and I subbed out 100 pull-ups for 200 jumping pull-ups and was done in 51:20.

Incredible workouts, all done with Brent and trained by Steve.
