Yes, it was that time again. Time for the unrestrained bliss that is single rep back squats. Not having much time to train today, I made good use of what I had to work with.
After warm-ups sets of 45×10/135×10/185×5/205×5/, I cranked out seven silky singles of squats at the seashore.
