These videos should serve me well today as I continue along with my squat progression which I will do and post later.
I viewed a couple of the videos and took away some valuable information and applied them in today’s workout. The ROM exercises and goblet squat were most helpful and were added into my warm-up.
This is the 4th week in my 16 week squat progression, so that means add another dime to the bar.
155x5x5 and then 105x5x5, this time staying in the hole for 3 seconds.
My next 5×5 were pull-ups.
I wrapped up with 3 sets of Farmer Walks carrying two 70 lb dbs 200′ with a 5 minute rest between the sets.
For tomorrow, it is time for some bodyweight work with a good metabolic blast.
