Santa Ana winds blowing today and with it hot, dry air. This was an indoor workout at peak, early week, evening times at Met-Rx. I had to wait to get my spot in the big boyz corner, but once I did, I was in for anything but fun. The WOD is to do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes doing 12×65# thrusters and 20 jumping pull-ups. 66% of my time was in my zone 5 heart rate range. I got smoked and soaked!

Before I fell to the deck in a heap, i knocked out 9 rounds. Oh yeah, the 3.6 tons? That is the total amount of thruster weight lifted during the 20 minutes.
