Better Than Fish Oil?

We have been hearing for years now that the be-all, end-all nutritional supplement has been fish oil and essential fatty acids. No, they have not come under disfavor, but some people like Charles Poloquin believe the “sunshine vitamin”, Vitamin D3 has more upside benefit than even fish oils. (It should be noted that D3 is far superior than the the synthetic D2 version). Poliquin asserts,

“Vitamin D3 may be the single most important supplement we can take for our health.”

One way to do the military press!

Pull it, carry it or put it over your head. Those are the basic lifting movements. Deadlifting, one of the most, if not the most useful overall exercise is a pulling movement and there are many other variations and exercises that pull, like rows.

Partner Equilibristic

At first, I am watching this video and I am thinking this is “ghey”, but as I watched, I was amazed by the strength and skill of these two men. (I was actually looking for the support wires)!

I am still trying to imagine someone doing a handstand on my head or the other way around.
