This is the second day of the deloading week, so volume will be lower as will intensity. Since The Brengel is presiding, it still won’t be easy! Wouldn’t have it any other way, either.
The beauty of human movement is the synchrony of the hips, glutes and hamstrings firing off at just the right time.
Good stuff happened this week and Tuesday was a high volume, CNS-blasting session, masterly programmed by the Brengel. The week finished with a deloading week, starting on Saturday, followed by an unexpected, surprise training session Sunday.
I got through another tough, but good week of training. Scott is waiting how much of this the “old guy” can take. He is in for a long wait for his answer.
Every now and then, something works well and I may even get a PR or too, but they are always a precursor to getting crushed! This time, the tires crushed!
I did finally get it to the end, but it took all I had, which was more than I thought was left.

I never thought getting in only three training days a week made for a full training week, but the log shows the story.
It was a short week, but I killed the two sessions. Four days rest should have me ready to hit it hard next week.
