I trained at Gold’s Gym in Venice with Danny Henry, who coaches lifters in the Olympic lifts and kettlebells.
My kettlebell workout was based on ETK and I followed that with Hang Squat Cleans and Presses.
This was a day were I was not fully recovered, but I went ahead and did some hang squat cleans.
