I thought a deload week would be easier than the previous 3 weeks. Different, tough, but not easy!
I started getting trained by my pal Scott of http://www.eastweststrength.com. After watching him train others from the old Freak Factory, I decided it was time for some real training. I came away with 2 killer sessions.
Another week to mix things up. The week started with a severe case of DOMS and finished with a smoldering central nervous system. In between was a hell of a good training week!
Some Americans seem to think anything that is European must be cool and maybe it is, I dunno. But I do know I have a Hungarian Core Blaster and now, a home-brew Bulgarian Training Bag and they both are pretty cool!
