With just over two days until the 2010 NFL Draft, veterans of all 32 teams are involved in their offseason strength and conditioning workouts. That, of course, includes the Green Bay Packers. Running back, Ryan Grant is coming off a decent year last season with 1,203 yards rushing for a 3.9 yards per carry average. He knows he will have to keep his production high because he will have competition for his job in training camp this year, especially if the Packers draft a running back. (Packer fans all know wideouts and workout phreaks, Donald Driver and James Jones will be ready)!
Take a look inside the Packers weight room to see Ryan Grant’s training regimen. You may already do some of these exercises and may also find some you will start incorporating into your own routine, even if you do not aspire to an NFL career.
