Jim Wendler condensed training to just three parts: stretching, lifting and sprinting. How man of the three are you doing? Chances are you’re leaving out the last part, sprinting. Sprinting means sprinting at the track, the beach, stadium stairs and yes, hills.

Sprints are a great finisher to a training session and you can call it your cardio, and it is damn effective at that.
