The International Weightlifting Federation amended it’s dress code to a accommodate a female Muslim weightlifter, Kulsoom Abdullah of Atlanta who wants to be covered head to toe for religious reasons while competing in weightlifting. The federation has approved a full body unitard that is approved by Abdullah and her  sponsor, CAIR, who takes credit for the change.
