On their fine website, Elite FTS posted Part 1 of an article by Josh Henkins, titled “Filling the Holes” in which Henkins outlines the benefits and ways to supplement the heavy bilateral barbell lifts with other tools like kettlebells, sleds and sandbags to improve the quality and volume of your training. Some techniques by Pavel Tsatsouline are also shared. Josh also describes and illustrates what he considers to be the five best kettlebell movements to prevent injury. For me, this could be the best reason to read and follow his advice.
