Brengel & Demarinis at the 2010 Pro Strongman Nationals

ECWC strongman athletes, Scott Brengel and Sean Demarinis, training out of An American Gym in Costa Mesa, CA traveled to Detroit to compete in  the 105 kg 2010 Pro Strongman Nationals. The one day event was held September 18th.

    What doesn’t show up on video is that Sean, the shorter of the two, had callouses shred off in the car deadlift, ripping skin underneath and bleeding all over those place which hindered him in the events after.
