What is Your Favorite Training Diet?

 

Regardless of how you train, how often and how hard, at the end of the day, it always comes down to diet, doesn’t it? There are many to choose from of course and I have just selected a few that are popular right now; The Zone Diet, officially sanctioned by Crossfit, the Paleo Diet which is what an increasing number of Crossfitters and athletes prefer and the Warrior Diet, which is the diet I have had the most success with.

At the end of the week, I hope to have comprehensive comparison of the Paleo Diet and the Warrior Diet and I will post it here.

    Alex, the poll presupposes you have an understanding of the diets and certainly the links are able to clarify the basics of each. I have written elsewhere on MFBB on the Warrior Diet and there is a lot of good discussion on the dragondoor.com site. The Paleo Diet is based on the hunter-gatherer life of pre-agricultural humans and is based on meat, nuts, seeds, oil, fruits and vegetables. I hope to have the creator of the Warrior Diet here next week discussing both his and the Paleo Diet, so I hope you check back then.
