Regardless of how you train, how often and how hard, at the end of the day, it always comes down to diet, doesn’t it? There are many to choose from of course and I have just selected a few that are popular right now; The Zone Diet, officially sanctioned by Crossfit, the Paleo Diet which is what an increasing number of Crossfitters and athletes prefer and the Warrior Diet, which is the diet I have had the most success with.
