Simple But Not Easy

How’s that for motivation? Today is a big lift day for me with squats and deadlifts on the menu-two of the best exercises you can do. Jason Ferruggia has a good posting that makes sense to me, Eliminate the Useless Crap. The Cliff Notes for the post say lift heavy with the compound lifts of squatting, deadlifting and a few others, train 3-4 days per week, 45-60 minutes workouts, hill sprints twice a week and throwing out food that comes in a box. Done. Simple, but not easy.
