This is the second week of my six week pull-fest. (Actually week three as I repeated the first week to better establish a base). This is a grinder but that’s why I like it. I added a dime to each money set which was 9 reps. Nice way to spend a beautiful Sunday afternoon in southern California. I also got an early birthday present from Val…a kettlebell. I am hoping the other part of the present isn’t the chain. She doesn’t want certain people to know she gave me a very heavy iron ball, er, kettlebell,  so keep this on the down low!

Very hot in the box today. I am surprised I had anything left after yesterday’s tough workout, but it was there.

Now I am off to get ready for a 70’s throwback rock concert with Blue Oyster Cult and Deep Purple. Let’s see if I can still rock!
