A year ago, I came up to train with Ori Hofmekler at a trainer’s gym in the San Fernando Valley. By this time, I had already been on his Warrior Diet for 2 months and was having great success with dropping fat and enjoying more vitality and energy. He invited me up to train with his fitness component which he calls Controlled Fatigue Training. Ori is a true warrior in mind, body and spirit and when he trains you he is doing the workout with you and making sure you are doing it the way he wants it done. He easily could have been one of the Spartan soldiers in the recent movie, “300″. In two weeks, Ori is publishing a breakthrough book titled, “The Anti-Estrogenic Diet” and it will be available at a bookstore near you. In September, he is publishing a revision of the highly acclaimed, “The Warrior Diet” (my favorite) and promises it will be even better than his first publication. Today I trained with Ori and one of his best clients, a fellow by the name of David, who lost 130# while on the Warrior Diet and doing Controlled Fatigue Training (CFT). The difference between doing CFT now and a year ago was that I am in much better shape today. I will admit to a little trepidation in going up to train today. I knew it would be tough and Ori did not disappoint!
