I am beginning to like cleans but I have so many deficiencies in it,  like getting the jump and the explosiveness that goes with it. Also, receiving the bar correctly with the elbows up has been especially difficult. That aside, I know I got "bang for the buck" in this relatively short session late Friday afternoon.

After some warm-ups lifts, these were the weights I posted and all were for 2 lift sets.

115/135/140/145/155/160/165/175f/170/135/. The misses at 175 was the weight my PR hangs on. I tried to rush the lifts and form failed me. Going down 5 lbs made a big difference as I made both lifts with relative ease.
