I will be heading off to the gym for a pulling workout with Cleans, High Pulls, Deadlifts, RDL’s and BB Rows in a little while, but before I do, I ‘ll take a look at a short tutorial of Power Snatches and Power Cleans.

Wow, that guy is fast. Here is part 2.

I am repeating  Sunday’s Pull a Palooza pulling session, making a sight adjustment to the deadlift weight. Next week, I add a dime to each exercise and the following week, I add 20 lbs, but drop the working set to 6 reps instead of 9.

Power Cleans: 95×5/105×5/135×9
High Pulls: 135×5/155×5/185×9
Deadlift: 225×5/245×5/275×9
RDL: 135×5/185×9
Barbell Row: 85×6/105×6/115×9

I finished with a couple sets of 5 pull-ups, but by now there was no more pull in me.
