
Walk right past the elliptical machines, the treadmills, (run outside if you must), and laugh at the Lifecycles. You really don’t need them.
There are manly ways to work your “cardio” whether you are male or female. Here are my Top 10 in no particular order. What are yours?
- Kettlebell Swings or snatches
- Sled pushes and pulls,
- Hill sprints and track sprints
- Sandbag training
- Burpees and similar high rep bodyweight training
- Full body squat thrusts with a barbell or dumbbells
- Sledgehammer swings
- Tire flips
- Jumping rope
- Plyo box jumps
- Any combination of the above.
