As if I did not get in enough squats Friday, I added a session of front squats today per the Crossfit WOD of a couple days ago. Five sets, five reps each. My technique is improving as I focus on going deeper in the hole before adding more weight.

My warm-up consisted of 3 rounds of the Crossfit warm-up and 2 Burgener Warm-ups. Next, I did 3 x 3 Power Cleans at 95/105/105.

The front squat lifts were 95/115/135/165/155. No question I was not fully recovered from yesterday’s squats, but happy that I got down as far as I did and came straight up on almost all lifts and the wrist flexibility has improved as well
