One of the most insidious devices ever constructed is the Prowler. If you ever went up against one, you know what I am talking about and you probably even know what “Prowler Flu” is. It was our “finisher” for Saturday’s training session and it fully completed it’s task with predictable outcomes.

Recently Scott Brengel, my trainer, brought in some real athletes to train, a trio of MMA fighters. Satoshi Ishii, who won the 2008 Olympic gold medal in Judo for Japan is moving over to MMA fighting and was joined by east coast fighter Phil Baroni and west coast fighter Ben Moreland to go 3 rounds with Scott at our American Gym facility in Costa Mesa, California.
