The main part of my workout tonight was the push jerk or power jerk. I have very little experience with this and some coaching would have been helpful. Nevertheless, I decided to do a hang power clean for each of the the three push presses. From 135 lbs up, I did the cleans from the floor, into a squat and then performed the push jerk. Essentially, they were rudimentary clean and jerks the best I could tell. Again, coaching would have been a plus.

There were 8 sets of 3 reps: 95/105/125/135/145/135/135/135/. I would have liked to have gone heavier, but I need more work with this. I like it though and see a lot of room for improvement. Next time, I will do them outside so if I have to dump a bad lift, it is easy enough to do without causing a ruckus in the gym.
