I am in the midst of a progressive-load squat routine, in Week 6. I am going 10# add each week which means it has been a 50# increase since the first session. This one went well and unlike last week, did not not add any other work afterwards.

The first 5×5 was at 175 lbs and the second 5×5 with a 3 second pause in the hole was done at 125 lbs. All reps were done to good form and deep in the hole and everything went well.

Good session, uneventful with more to come this weekend; going heavy on Sunday with the pulling workout.
