About the Barbarian

On the way to a deadlift 1RM

MarkFu’s Barbarian Blog started as my online training log  and now explores the strength and conditioning world. The topics include Olympic style weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, kettlebells, inline speedskating, bodyweight training, health, nutrition, and feature other training blogs and noteworthy people.

MarkFu is a Masters guy over the age of 50 living, training and enjoying life in Orange County, California. Oh yeah, I am an ardent Green Bay Packer fan!

    I read your interview with Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw with great interest.  Do they have a website?  I haven’t been able to find one.  They say they have a newsletter, “Life Extension News”.  Where would we contact them to subscribe?  Thanks for any info.
